Problem. Core dashboards and OSS confirm the network is "up" — they can't prove what a subscriber actually gets at a given venue, on a given band, versus the operator next door. Drive tests sample one route at one moment, then stop.

Top consumer apps (e.g. Teams, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram) driven on a real on-device Android runtime over your live RAN, transport and core: app-launch and UI response, content/feed load, streaming start-up / rebuffering / bitrate, and in-app voice MOS.
