Multi-operator RF & service assurance

Prove the experience — not just the network.

Continuous, 24/7 measurement of radio quality and true end-to-end performance from a single probe — across every operator, slice and private network. Not a one-off drive test: always-on, user-level SLA proof at the lowest cost per monitored point, for neutral-host venues, industrial private 5G and mission-critical RF.

24/7 continuous — not drive testingEvery operator, one probeLowest cost per monitored point

CE & FCC certified · GDPR compliant · Deployed across operators, neutral-host venues, ports, mining and critical infrastructure.

The gap

Monitoring the infrastructure doesn't prove the experience.

SLA compliance is decided where people actually stand — at the platform edge, the loading dock, the apron, the pit face. A core dashboard that reports the network is “up” can't tell you what a handset, a user or a connected machine actually gets. The Watchdog measures it directly, continuously, from the point of use.

What it is

A dedicated probe for continuous, user-level assurance.

Passive RF metrics

RSRP and RSRQ for every cell and operator the module detects — no SIM required, fully neighbour-aware. SINR, PCI and CQI come from the serving cell once a SIM is attached.

Continuous active E2E performance

Latency, jitter and smart DL/UL throughput against your own targets — scheduled or on-demand.

Automated service-level tests

VoLTE/VoNR call-setup, drop rate and eMOS, plus real-device application QoE such as Microsoft Teams MOS.

Proactive detection

Catch degradation before users complain. UP / DEGRADED / DOWN states auto-raise incidents to your NOC.

Live monitoring — passive RF and per-operator availability

Powered by the Neutroon Platform

Standalone probes — or full-stack assurance.

Every Neutroon Watchdog is powered by the Neutroon Platform — templates, KPIs, SLA thresholds, incidents, dashboards and APIs. Deploy standalone for point-of-use assurance, ideal for operators with no infrastructure access required. Or combine with Neutroon's network-infrastructure monitoring for Private 5G/LTE and DAS to correlate user experience with infrastructure health.

Standalone Watchdogs

User-level multi-operator assurance from the probe alone. No core or RAN access required — the typical deployment for mobile operators monitoring third-party coverage.

Watchdogs + infrastructure monitoring

Pair Watchdogs with Neutroon Platform monitoring for Private 5G/LTE and DAS to deliver full-stack assurance and faster root-cause analysis.

Why Watchdog

What continuous, multi-form-factor assurance actually requires.

One portfolio for every environment

Indoor, outdoor rugged and vehicle mount — identical metrics and management plane.

Real-device application QoE

Measure what users actually experience in the apps that matter, not just transport KPIs.

Every operator, in every market

Native eSIM with up to ten remotely-provisioned profiles, including national-SIM compliance.

Lowest cost per monitored point

COTS-based indoor probe and unattended operation drive down the total cost of assurance.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Common questions from operators, neutral-host venues and industrial buyers evaluating the Neutroon Watchdog. Don't see yours? Get in touch.

What is the Neutroon Watchdog?

The Neutroon Watchdog is a multi-operator RF and service-assurance probe that continuously measures radio quality and true end-to-end performance from a fixed location, across every mobile operator, network slice and private network.

How does it test multiple operators from one device?

Two ways: connect up to 4 physical SIMs through the SIM Multiplexer add-on, or use native eSIM (SGP.32) with up to 10 operator profiles. In both cases an automatic rotation engine switches the active profile between test runs — no roaming, no manual SIM swaps.

What's the difference between the indoor and outdoor versions?

The indoor probe is a COTS smartphone in a secure casing — lowest cost, CE/FCC certified. The outdoor probe is a rugged IP67 unit (−40→+85 °C, 7 antennas, PoE, ATEX option). The same Neutroon agent and metrics run on both.

What does the Watchdog measure?

Passive RF scan (RSRP and RSRQ for every detected operator, no SIM), serving-cell RF (SINR, PCI, CQI with a SIM attached), active performance (DL/UL throughput, latency, jitter, packet loss, availability), voice quality (VoLTE/VoNR call-setup, drop rate, eMOS) and real-device application QoE.

What is national-SIM compliance?

Some markets require a domestic operator profile to attach lawfully. The Watchdog supports national-SIM compliance so tests attach in-country where probes without it are rejected.

Which industries use it?

Mobile operators, neutral-host/towercos, ports/mining/logistics, utilities/energy/transport, airports and critical infrastructure, defense, and regulators.

How is it different from drive testing or phone-app tools?

It runs continuously and unattended across indoor, outdoor and rugged-outdoor form factors, adds real-device app QoE, and tests every operator via the SIM Multiplexer or native eSIM — at a far lower cost per monitored point than premium drive-test systems.

Is it available now?

Yes — the Assure tier is in production. Spectrum sensing (Sense) arrives Q3 2026, SDR protocol decode (Decode) Q4 2026, and ML signal classification (Intelligence) in 2027; we are already looking for early adopters for Sense, Decode and Intelligence.
